Directions

For Heat Therapy:

Heat in the microwave for 1 minute
IMPORTANT: Do NOT heat neck wrap for more than 1 minute in microwave to avoid damage to the wrap
Lightly touch test prior to use
Wait 2 hours before reheating to avoid damage to the wrap

For Cold Therapy:

Place wrap in a large bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use, or freeze overnight
Expect 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle

How do you clean the neck wrap?

Spot clean the Cozy Weighted Neck Wrap with a damp cloth as needed. Do not machine wash/dry.

How do I use it hot or cold?

For heated relaxation, you can heat the wrap in the microwave for 60 seconds – add increments for 30 seconds for additional warmth. DO NOT microwave for longer than instructed on box.

"I LOVE my neck wrap. It is soft and shaped perfectly for the neck and shoulder area, which can get so tight and painful. The softness is so comforting when feeling unwell and the subtle lavender scent is so relaxing. It also has sooo many uses. When I have a headache, I use the hot wrap around my shoulders along with the cooled gel insert from the satin eye pillow over my eyes and I feel the intensity of the headache improve within around 10 minutes. It's also amazing for menstrual cramps. The size of the neck wrap is perfect for the abdomen area and can easily tuck it into the top of my pants so that it stays in position.
