Open lid, pull and unfold wipe to use on mats and other equipment.  Wipe mat thoroughly and allow it to air dry before rolling up. Close the lid firmly after every use to keep moist.  Allow equipment to dry for about 3-5 minutes after wiping. The pouch contains 30 wipes.
