Directions

Use as is for a weighted, scented, light-blocking sleep mask
Unzip silk bag and remove muslin pouch to use as a lightweight silk mask
Warm therapy: Heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye pillow to warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel to use eye pillow
Cool therapy: Freeze silk sleep mask for 1 hour OR freeze cooling gel eye mask for 10 minutes
Do NOT put the eye pillow in the microwave as it has metal zippers and will damage the eye pillow and microwave
Do NOT microwave the gel eye mask as it may burst. After warming or cooling the eye pillow or gel eye mask, test temperature on hand prior to placing over eyes/face
