Is this something you can put on kids?: Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your interest in our Dream the Night Away lotion with Melatonin and Magnesium. Melatonin and Magnesium are both safe for children but we advise that you consult with your physician before use. This lotion can be really beneficial for kids if they have trouble sleeping or have growing pains/sore muscles from practice, etc. It is especially beneficial for picky eaters who may not be getting enough magnesium from foods like dark leafy greens, nuts and seeds and legumes.
