Melt Pain Away: Use 3 teaspoons (1 tsp = 1 fingertip) total daily for at least 2 weeks to retrain your pain nerves to feel less pain. What should I expect?

Melt Pain Away

• With the first one to two 3-teaspoon applications you’ll feel a warming sensation. Embrace the heat! That’s the capsaicin resetting your pain nerves
• Around Day 4, your pain will dull a bit
• At Day 7, you should be using the last 3 teaspoons in your 1st tube. If not, increase your dose! You’ll start to feel a reduction in your pain
• At Day 14, both tubes should be empty. Your pain is reduced to a more manageable level. Your pain may not disappear entirely but you feel better and experience better mobility

Magnesium Replenishment
