Cozy Weighted Neck Wrap

For Heat Therapy:

• Heat in the microwave for 1 minute
• IMPORTANT: Do NOT heat neck wrap for more than 1 minute in microwave to avoid damage to the wrap
• Lightly touch test prior to use
• Wait 2 hours before reheating to avoid damage to the wrap

For Cold Therapy: 

• Place wrap in a large bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use, or freeze overnight
• Expect 8-10 minutes of gentle cool therapy per freezing cycle

How do you clean the neck wrap?

Spot clean the Cozy Weighted Neck Wrap with a damp cloth as needed. Do not machine wash/dry. 

Can this be used for menstrual cramps?

Yes! While we created it as a Hot/Cold Weighted Neck Wrap, the wrap is the perfect shape to conform over any part of your body that needs relief. Customers have found relief from cramps when laying the heated wrap across their stomach.

How do I use it hot or cold? 

• For heated relaxation, you can heat the wrap in the microwave for 60 seconds – add increments for 30 seconds for additional warmth. DO NOT microwave for longer than instructed on box.
• For cooling relaxation, place wrap in a large bag and keep in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
