When should I apply the Asutra Melatonin Magnesium Sleep Lotion? 

Use this melatonin and magnesium relaxing lotion 30 minutes before bed. If you're a night owl, apply the melatonin and magnesium lotion 2 hours before desired bedtime. 

Where should I apply the melatonin and magnesium nighttime lotion for the best results?

How much nighttime lotion should I use? 

• We recommend you start with one teaspoon (1.5 mg. of melatonin) to gauge your response to the melatonin and then increase or decrease the amount. This is about the size of your fingertip.
• One teaspoon contains 1.5 mg melatonin, 130 mg magnesium, and 650 mg OptiMSM®.

Is transdermal magnesium safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes - magnesium is safe to use during pregnancy. Many customers cite topical magnesium as being incredibly helpful in providing relief from sciatica and restless legs / leg cramps during pregnancy. Supplementing with magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. Is this product safe for children?

Melatonin and magnesium are both safe for children but we advise that you consult with your physician before use.
