• Use as is for a weighted, scented, light-blocking sleep mask
• Unzip silk bag and remove muslin pouch to use as a lightweight silk mask
• Warm therapy: Heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye pillow to warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel to use eye pillow
• Cool therapy: Freeze silk sleep mask for 1 hour OR freeze cooling gel eye mask for 10 minutes
• Do NOT put the eye pillow in the microwave as it has metal zippers and will damage the eye pillow and microwave
