Dream the Night Away: Apply 30 minutes before bedtime. If you’re a night owl, apply 2 hours before desired bedtime. 5 ml. (1 teaspoon) contains 1.5 mg. melatonin, 130 mg. magnesium, and 650 mg. OptiMSM®. Pure Soothing Comfort: Shake well. Mist your body, room, linens, your car, or gym bag. Then, just breathe. Eye Pillow: For warm therapy: heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds, then wrap around eye pillow and warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel and use the warmed eye pillow. For cool therapy: freeze for 1 hour. To use as a lightweight sleep mask, unzip the silk bag and remove the muslin pouch. To use the gel eye mask, freeze for 10 minutes or place in the fridge before applying.
