Directions

Use anywhere you'd use body lotion. Feels great massaged gently into temples, neck, shoulders, back, feet. Apply 30 minutes before bedtime. If you're a night owl, apply 2 hours before desired bedtime.

Never apply to wounds or damaged, cut or chapped skin. Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Stop use if irritation occurs. Use only as directed.

When should I apply the Asutra Melatonin Magnesium Sleep Lotion?

Use this melatonin and magnesium relaxing lotion 30 minutes before bed. If you're a night owl, apply the melatonin and magnesium lotion 2 hours before desired bedtime.

Where should I apply the melatonin and magnesium nighttime lotion for the best results?

The lotion can go anywhere on your skin! Our customers tend to enjoy applying lotion to their necks, shoulders, back or bottoms of their feet for fast absorption.
Many people use it on their legs to help reduce cramps / restless legs during the night.

How much nighttime lotion should I use?

We recommend you start with one teaspoon (1.5 mg. of melatonin) to gauge your response to the melatonin and then increase or decrease the amount. This is about the size of your fingertip.
One teaspoon contains 1.5 mg melatonin, 130 mg magnesium, and 650 mg OptiMSM®.

Is transdermal magnesium safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes - magnesium is safe to use during pregnancy. Many customers cite topical magnesium as being incredibly helpful in providing relief from sciatica and restless legs / leg cramps during pregnancy. Supplementing with magnesium during pregnancy is important as it supports building of bones, regulates insulin and blood sugar levels and the functioning of enzymes. As always, we recommend consulting your physician with any questions prior to using.

Is this product safe for children?

Melatonin and magnesium are both safe for children but we advise that you consult with your physician before use. This lotion can be really beneficial for kids if they have trouble sleeping or have growing pains/sore muscles from practice, etc. Be sure to check with your doctor about the correct dosage.

"I love the magnesium cream. I do not like the spray but pain. I almost gave me an asthma attack. It’s very strong. There should be a warning label on it. I bought two bottles one for me and my daughter, and we both felt the same way it almost brought on an asthma Attack . Scent is very strong. There should be a warning label on it.
