How do you clean the Asutra Sleep Mask?

• Spot clean with a damp cloth. Remove filling and dry clean silk eye pillow as needed.

What if the Sleep Mask is too tight? 

• Use the adjustable elastic band to fit the mask to your desired size. You can also use the product without the band by simply laying the mask over your eyes. 

• Use as is for a weighted, scented, light-blocking sleep mask
• Unzip silk bag and remove muslin pouch to use as a lightweight silk mask
• Warm therapy: Heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye pillow to warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel to use eye pillow
• Cool therapy: Freeze silk sleep mask for 1 hour OR freeze cooling gel eye mask for 10 minutes
• Do NOT put the eye pillow in the microwave as it has metal zippers and will damage the eye pillow and microwave
• Do NOT microwave the gel eye mask as it may burst. After warming or cooling the eye pillow or gel eye mask, test temperature on hand prior to placing over eyes/face
